Begin by downloading the audio for the lesson you would like to follow along with. To do this, click on the Download link at the bottom of the “Listen Now” box on the lesson’s page. When prompted, choose to Save file to disk, and put it in a location that is easy for you to remember. The files are in mp3 format, and should be playable in almost anything you choose, including iTunes and Windows Media Player.
Once you have downloaded the file, look below the player for a small blue box that contains the text “Follow along by reading the transcript”. Click on the link (click here) and it will open a page with the transcript of the audio file you just downloaded. Leave this page open.
Now, go back and open the mp3 file you downloaded in step one. As it begins to play, come back to the transcript page and follow along. Feel free to pause, rewind, or fast forward as needed. That’s all there is to it, sit back and enjoy!
